Refunds
We offer a simple 10-days refund policy for all shared & reseller web hosting plans.
Applies to:
- Shared web Hosting
- Reseller web Hosting
Does not apply to:
- VPS Servers
- Dedicated Servers
- Dubai Based Servers
- Software / Scripts Licenses
- SSL Certificates
Does not apply to accounts removed for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and Service Agreement.
If you’re not satisfied simply cancel within first 10 days to have your money refunded.
(Domain Charges Will Not Be Refunded, Domain Can Be Transferred)
